Each walk has instructions on how to get to the starting point and almost all have a sketch map to show its route. Links to the other parts of this list are given below:


   

(A) Jalan Tun Sardon East (north side destinations) 

These walks start from a small turning near the lower end of Jalan Tun Sardon 

(B-D, I) Paya Terubong 

These walks start mainly from the summit of the Paya Terubong - Relau Road, but also from Paya Terubong Village and the Hokkien Cemetery

(E-F) Air Itam (Dam)  

These walks can be started from Air Itam itself but most (except F) can also be started from the Air Itam Dam

I strongly recommend using buses to get to the starting points and back from the end of these walks.
I have written a short guide to Penang's Buses (updated 6th October 2022) for hikers although directions are included in individual hikes.
