The number of hikes in this section of my website has now reached the 200 mark and I would be the first to admit that it is no longer easy to identify a report for an intended hike. By listing the hikes by starting point and giving the destination, it should now be a little easier although it is in the nature of the trails on the island that there is often more than one way to get from A to B and you will need to read through the alternatives to decide which is best for your needs and interests.

Each walk has instructions on how to get to the starting point and almost all have a sketch map to show its route.

I strongly recommend using buses to get to the starting points and back from the end of these walks.
