The vast majority of 0-8-0T in Java possess 'Klien-Lindner' hollow axles, but mostly they are invisible between the necessarily outside frames. This one dismantled in August 1993 appears to show that the pin that connects the two parts and allows a degree of articulation has broken. (RD)
