Safari Steam North

The 30 class 2-8-4 were built by North British exclusively for the Tanzanian section although in the 1970s, 3020 'Nyaturu' became trapped in Kenya after overhaul following the break-up of the Federation where it was photographed on 10th August 1979. It has since been sent to the Nairobi Railway Museum. (RD)
