Tiger Steam - Thailand

Pacific 285 bursts out of Chong Khao tunnel south of the summit with a mixed train from Thung Song in mid-1972. In a country where the steam worked railways generally meandered across flat plains with most hilly sections long dieselised, this was one of the few places left to see steam worked hard. (BR)
