Olean Sugar Mill

When I next returned, on 10th August 1986, the locomotives were burning bagasse although the oil tanks remained in place. Although 2 was active in the yard here, I didn't see it working a train. Locomotive numbers now appeared in the middle of a cog and not a pentagon. (RD)
