Cepiring Sugar Mill

Eventually everything was sorted and it eased itself off the bridge. There is too much dust to see it but this was actually mixed gauge, there was previously a Cape gauge line to the mill but it would have fallen out of use when the loop line via Kendal closed in the 1960s or early 1970s, certainly I never saw a train on it while travelling through Kendal in a bus.
