Cepiring Sugar Mill

One of the features of operation here was that the weighbridge also acted as the control office for the system, it can be seen at the back of this picture of 1 on 8th August 1988. From experience it's unlikely it has arrived on a train but is probably performing a shunting manoeuvre. (RD)
