Construction of a bridge on the Gold Coast (now Ghana) Railway in the very early 1900s with one of their first locos; one of the Hawthorn Leslie 2-6-0s built in 1901. The postcard is manufactured in Germany - not unusual for the time, but curiously it also has a German language description. (CW1 Collection)
