The adjacent Dahlak hotel is probably not the best in Massawa but it has a balcony with a marvellous view of the port area and at the right time of day you can sip the local Asmara beer (the former Melotti beer) between runpasts. This is 442.54 and 442.59 on 24th November 2002. (RD)
