By 23rd November 2002, most of the physical work of rebuilding the railway was being done by soldiers under the supervision of older railway staff. This was the scene at Arbaroba on 23rd November 2002, the converted Russian truck being used to convey ballast to the railhead some distance towards Nefasit. (RD)
