Safari Steam North

One of the enduring mysteries to me is why (as can be seen here) the railway has used coal and where it came from (there is an awful lot of oil not far away). I was none the wiser after my visit as the railway is still using supplies left over from the 1970s! However, fresh supplies were likely to come from South Africa. (RD)
