Safari Steam North

This was Accra station on 2nd December 1967. Nasmyth Wilson 4-8-2 242 leaves on a passenger train, probably headed for Sekondi. Although it does not seem to be carrying it any longer, this locomotive was once named 'Kumasi Fort'. In the background is an English Electric 750HP Bo-Bo. (JW)
