B17 Tram Engine

Should there have been an enthusiast living in Madiun then they would have known that sooner or later a representative of almost every class would turn up at the workshops there. It was was probably too early for such a creature when Frank Jones captured a B17 0-4-0Tr locomotive for posterity. (FJ, ILS collection)
