Thomas Kautzor presents his first formal reports of the Rahmi M Koç Museum, Istanbul since May 2016, together with other attractions there.

Given that some elements will be of more interest than others to different visitors to these pages, I have broken them down into smaller sections.

	'Tekelis' mounted on the original slipway around which the museum was built. The ship carries 'Tekelis Istanbul'.

The pictures below comprise items that don't fit naturally into the other pages.

		Yildiz Sarayi in Besiktas, which was the principal residence and offices of Sultan Abdülhamid II (1842-1918) from the late 19th century until his deposition in 1909, is now a museum. Different areas of its vast gardens, now one of Istanbul’s largest public parks, were once projected to be linked together by a 2 km long narrow gauge railway of French construction.
		The Yildiz Albums Photography Museum, one of the pavilions of the palace, has a Hejaz Railway gallery, with photos of the construction phase.
		At Kagithane Municipality, the plywood replica HF 0-6-0T “Illing” is falling further apart in the harsh weather.
		The short 600mm gauge tourist railway along the Golden Horn at Rahmi M. Koç Museum in Hasköy has been out-of-use for a number of years now.
		A final new display is a 1/50 scale diorama of the Kagithane-Kemerburgaz-Agaçli-Ciftalan narrow gauge railway with an HF “Illing” by Mr. Ertugrul Duru.
