The areas of the Great Wall nearest to Jiaojiehe are known as Mutianyu (touristified see http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china_great_wall/scene/beijing/mutianyu.htm) and Jiankou (definitely untouristified, see http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china_great_wall/scene/beijing/jiankou.htm).
