The D14 were small wheeled tank locomotives ideal for shunting and working trains in hilly areas. Most were stationed in West Java and D1412 is seen with a train at Cibeber between Sukabumi and Cianjur on 18th August 1983. It was the day after Independence Day, hence the flags, they were not for our benefit. (RD)
