At times it might appear that Mr. Baldwin had exclusive rights in Cuba, but such delights as centenarian Rogers 2-4-0 1216 shunting at Fructuoso Rodríguez Mill on 26th February 1996 are lurking waiting to be discovered. This mill has not operated since then and the locomotive has lain idle. (TW)
