2ft 6in gauge Baldwin 2-8-0 1238 (58646/1925) was delivered to Ciudad Caracas Mill as #15. By renumbering it was at Ramón Balboa Mill, but had moved on to Mal Tiempo Mill as seen here on 21st February 1985. (NT) |
