Carlos Baliņo Mill seems to have attracted few 'in depth' visitors, which is a little unfortunate as it had a high percentage of 4-6-0s on its roster, never a common wheel arrangement in the mills. Baldwins 1555 and 1432 sit outside the shed in March 1994. (CW) |
