EF Vitoria Minas 185

This metre gauge locomotive is preserved at the old station of Vitoria a Minas in the city of Vitoria - Espirito Santo. The loco has been restored to working condition, it is E.F. Vitoria Minas no 185 a Baldwin 2-8-2 (72666 of October 1946). This photo was taken in the yards near Vitoria-Es, in August 1999. (The E.F. Vitoria Minas is was a privately owned railway carrying iron ore to the port of Vitoria.)

This is sister locomotive 176 preserved at Itabira

RD adds: Sister locomotive 186 (72667 ) was reported at Usina Sao Jose in Campos in World of South American steam, but Sergio says it was scrapped some years ago.
