A regauged Henschel 4-10-2 in Brazil

This is not a case of working steam loco but is very unusual one. This is a photo of a Henschel 4-10-2  (22995/1936) for Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro in the gauge of 1.000mm and numbered 793.  At the beginning of 1940, the railroad need more locos in the broad gauge, so at Jundiai shops they regauged the loco for the 1600mm lines and renumbered 193, as well the 792 for 192. After 20 years in the rain, the Museu de Tecnologia de S.Paulo, transported 193 in January 2000 to S. Paulo and rebuilt it for display - stuffed and mounted.
