A Preserved 4-4-0 in Brazil

I understand from Steen Larsen (May 2003) that the locomotive has now been moved to the yard at Curitiba station. This was necessitated by arson which destroyed the two wooden bodied vehicles. The locomotive itself is steadily deteriorating...

Sergio Martire writes: "I found the OM no 22:2 renumbered to 19. She is at Bariqui amusement park at the city of Curitiba, capital of the state of Parana They have two cars of wood but they are fenced and in poor conditions, one is a regular passenger OM car, but the other is a funeral car made by Central do Brasil in 1885 and transformed when shipped to Curitiba, into a passenger car.
