RFIRT 2-8-2 119 has been sent to Buenos Aires for a full overhaul to return it to running condition, primarily for tourist traffic. The work is being done by G y G Metalmecánica SRL, the photographs that show recent progress (March 2015) are courtesy of Mr. Gabriel Asenjo, owner and CEO of the company.
