It's easy to catch hepatitis in Burma,
just follow this easy do it yourself guide:
First boil your noodles and
lay them out in the open air to be sure to catch as much passing dust
as possible while you wait an hour or more for the train:
When the train arrives and
you get an order select the various extras you need for mama's special
sauce:
Now mix the sauce thoroughly
by hand:
Put the noodles on a plate
add the sauce and mix:
One last mix and take the
disgusting 200 kyat note from your customer:
