Tiger Steam - Thailand

Just opposite the main station at Kanchanaburi is a large cemetery maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, photographed in April 1974 but unchanged today. There is a second cemetery at the former camp at Chungkai. Many thousand more Asian labourers do not even have a marked grave. (RD)
