Tiger Steam - Thailand

In an attempt to upgrade the Maeklong railway, two Henschel 4-6-2s were supplied in 1952. They had a short working life as the line was soon dieselised. Recorded active in 1969, they were both in store at Ban Laem on 25th April 1971 and I saw them derelict a few years later. One is now said to be preserved in Pattaya. (BR)
