Tiger Steam - Thailand

The first full sized diesels supplied to the railway came in 1931. They were built by a consortium of Sulzer (engine), Oerlikon (electrical gear) and Henschel (mechanical parts). Numbered 501-6, A1A-A1A 504 was cascaded to the Maeklong line, where it was at Wong Wien Yai on 25th April 1971. (BR)
