The C. de F. de Routes Sur D'Alger was the secondary railway system of Algeria and was of the little used gauge of 1.055m. Dellys was east of Algiers and the loco is a Decauville 0-4-2T built in the 1890s. The card was posted in 1909. (CW1 Collection)
