Safari Steam North

The last steam operation in the Mahgreb was in and around the Spanish enclave of Melilla. There were two narrow gauge mineral railways, both seen here and which retained some steam into the 1970s. Jeremy Wiseman witnessed them operating on 2nd October 1966. (JW)
