Journey's end was Butere, but few visitors got this far and truth to tell, it was not the most exciting terminus in Africa. 3112 waits there with the 14.35 to Kisumu conveying through coaches to Nairobi on 1st January 1970. The ubiquitous turning triangle can just be made out in background. (HB)
