Safari Steam North

A footbridge crosses the station yard to allow access to the workshops. This was an excellent vantage point to photograph 6018 with original chimney on 13th November 1967. The 60 class worked the branch to Nanyuki and pictures of them appear in the 'Mount Kenya' section. (JW)
