Safari Steam North

On his second trip to Eritrea he photographed one of the second series of Mallets, 441.52, on shed at Asmara on 29th October 1966. This locomotive seems to have been renumbered from 441.36 and it is probably the one that was converted from a simple to a compound. (JW)
