Safari Steam North

The reason for steam's demise was the presence of some 30-40 small diesels, mostly Rustons. Also present was a handsome 0-8-0 203 'Gouverneur Ebermaier' in immaculate condition as well as a fine saloon coach. The locomotive's origins remain uncertain but it may well be an Orenstein and Koppel product. (JW)
