Raj Steam - North Eastern Railway

When I visited Darbhanga at the end of 1994, one curiosity turned up. This plate was on a grounded coach body, the Bengal and North Western Railway went out of existence in 1943. I had heard horror stories of the town, necessarily the reality was nothing like as bad although I was in no hurry to return again. (RD)
