4 was also in steam on 24th February 1984. It was coupled to what was officially the railway's pay coach, a vehicle which saw little use as the railway had no money to pay wages. The first three locomotives spent their entire life here, this one was transferred from the Bukhtiarpur Bihar Light Railway. (PM)
