C23 Skirt Tank Engine

The final skirt tank class appears to have had the same specification as the C17 and was built slightly later - at the same time as the final batch of what became C16 and C18 - so it's unclear why it was classified separately. Frank Jones caught up with  C2301 at Gundih. (FJ, ILS collection)
