C17 Skirt Tank Engine

While I have yet to see a picture of a C16 on a train, the LCGB group were able to track down C1704 at Wonogiri on 1st May 1973. I have seen pictures from 3 participants and none had pictures of this train elsewhere. They must have been there 'between workings'. (RF)
