The Malayan Railway

Once a year, on the occasion of the Indian festival of Thaipusam, special trains ran to the end of the branch at Batu Caves where celebrations were centred. Here 402.01 leaves Batu Village for the end of the line, not surprisingly the passengers were in festive mood. (PH)
