We finish this section with an evocative picture of 561.11 'Kuala Langgat' passing Tanglin Halt on 14th August 1971. It is unfortunate that the only regular steam working left was scheduled to arrive around 13.30 and depart about an hour later, both movements being under a high sun. (JB)
