The Malayan Railway

It's early morning on 19th February 1970 and 20124 is approaching with an overnight train from Kuala Lumpur. Despite the local colour light signals, the signalman is waiting to take the token from the loco crew. The footbridge used for the two previous photographs can just be discerned to the right of the locomotive.  (PH)
