The Malayan Railway

Although most of the coaching stock was Thai, the rear coach was a Malayan Railway air-conditioned first class sleeper which worked through to/from Kuala Lumpur It would have needed a non-standard MR coupling at the other end. It would have worked up on the previous day's night mail train. (PH)
