South Sumatra

The main attraction of a visit was the last of the C50 Pacifics. Three were recorded active, this is C5005 apparently being 'turned to order' and C5003 of the lower numbered series was also noted passing by. These were a lightweight 2 cylinder design compared to the better known C53 which were 4 cylinder compounds. (TF)
