The C28 were one of most numerous class in Java, but they were camera shy and the smoke deflectors and large tanks conspired to make it very difficult to photograph them satisfactorily. C2806 is being prepared for its turn on the Dhoho express at Kertosono on 3rd May 1973. (PM)
