The outstanding landmark at Kertosono was the wonderful old Dutch signal box governing entry into the station across the Brantas river bridge to the east. C2713 is entering with the daily mixed from Blitar on 17th July 1980. Today, all the classic signalling and the box have been swept away. (KC)
