CC5001 leaves Cibatu in the evening sun on 26th August 1983. In 1984, we found a notice announcing the suspension of the service. There was no locomotive, no stock and the track was damaged beyond repair! The line had been kept open for oil traffic and when Pertamina pulled out, there was no reason to carry on. (RD)
