C1412

C1412 was constructed by Beyer Peacock (5180/1909). It was originally Serajoedal Stoomtram Mij 12. This 0-6-0T had two outside cylinders 280 x 406 mm with driving wheel diameter of 1003 mm. Boiler pressure was 12.0 kg/cm2, grate area 0.7 m2 with a heating surface of 36.0 m2. Overall weight was 22.3 tons. C1412 was preserved at the Ambarawa Railway Museum for many years, but was moved to PTKA HQ in Semarang in late 2008. In the 1970s the few of these locomotives that survived active were found around Purwokerto their original home.
