B5112 was constructed by Hanomag (3866/1902). Other examples were built by Hartmann and Werkspoor. It was originally Staats Spoorwegen 303 and later 612 . This compound 4-4-0 had two outside cylinders 380 x 510 mm and 580 x 510 with driving wheel diameter of 1503 mm. Boiler pressure was 12 kg/cm2, grate area 1.3 m2 with a heating surface of 85.5 m2. Overall weight was 32.0 tons with 18.4 tons available for adhesion. B5112 is preserved at the Ambarawa Railway Museum. In the 1970s this class was based at Rangkasbetung in West Java for working west to Labuan and Anyerkidul and also at Bojonegoro and Babat in East Java for the branches in that area.
