Less well known were the sugar railways in the Lower Zambeze. These 'Feldbahn' 0-8-0T worked on the 600mm gauge system of Sena Sugar Estates around Marromeu. To connect with the main line there was also a 3ft 0in (913mm) gauge system. (BR)
