The previous picture was taken at Beira in August 1968. Sister locomotive 958 was on the triangle at Dondo a year later. The 'Estado' apparently referred to the fact that the owner of the railway and its stock was technically the Government as opposed to the Government owned CFM. (Definitely one for the accountants!)
